Ultra Rares in Rev. Holo Slots

I was wondering if it was possible to pull an ultra rare/secret rare from the reverse-holo card slot in a Black and White series booster pack (Plasma Freeze, Plasma Blast, Plasma Storm, Dragons Exalted, ect.). For example, can the cards from an English card pack come in the following order: 5 commons, ultra rare, rare/holo rare, 3 uncommons, and the code card without an error? Here's another thought, is it possible to pull 2 ultra rares in one booster pack (one in rev.-holo slot and one in rare slot)? I'm sorry if this thread has already been made!

No; the rares always occupy the same slot in the booster pack, so it's not possible to get more than one of each. The ACE SPEC cards, however, take up the reverse-holo slot - so it's possible to get a Rare+ and an ACE SPEC in one pack.

Well, Legendary Treasures is a bit crazy with how it's set up. Usually the two special slots are a reverse holo/ACE SPEC and then a rare/rare holo/ultra rare, but in Legendary Treasures it's reverse holo/rare holo and then rare/ultra rare, with the set not having any ACE SPECs. THEN you also have the two Radiant Collection cards, one of which can indeed be an ultra rare. So you can pull a rare holo, a normal ultra rare, and an RC ultra rare all from the same pack. There's a reason people say the ratios are nuts with that set.

If you want to be specific with Legendary Collection, the packs go like this:

~4 Commons
~1 Reverse-Holo OR Rare Holo*
~1 Rare (anything from basic Rares up to Gold Rare)
~1 Radiant Collection card, Uncommon rarity or higher
~1 Radiant Collection card, Common
~2 Uncommons

*It is not possible to get 2 rare holos in the same pack. If the RH slot has a rare holo in it, the rare slot can have rare, EX, or gold rare in it - just not a rare holo.

That is good to know as i have a sealed booster box here and i'm wondering what to do with it! But sounds like i should be opening it up!
