U/E. I usually use either paint.net, or GIMP.

GMD. I don't have internet at school. I do it during class when I'm finished work, or at lunch.

I'm about to leave for the night. I'll see how early I can get up to work tomorrow.


Edit: I have some time now. I'll see if I can get one done, so you can rate it.

I did it twice. Once with blur, and once without. Which looks better?
