Guiding questions:
1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played?
2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
5. How's the artwork?

Posts MUST be several sentences long with proper grammar and spelling or they will be deleted - this forum is to discuss specific cards so other people can learn about their potential in the current metagame.

1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played?

This card can very well easily stand on its own. Its first attack, Moonlight Fang, is one of the most viable and useful moves in the meta, considering the amount of pokepowers.

2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?

It hasn't become meta yet, but is used in variants of Tyranitar Prime decks.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?

It doesn't have many combo's besides stalling to set up say stage 2's.

4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

I give it a 4/5, simply it can give you time to set up. Stalling, and dealing a good amount of damage, even without Sp. Dark's or Expert Belt, is very usefull.
5. How's the artwork?

Very nice. Much better than the UD. Plus its holo, making it already better than its counterpart

5. How's the artwork?

1.The card could stand on its own by its attack "Moonlight fang". Quick blow isn't Too bad. This card is really good and have alot of potential due to its early-game stall. It is worth being played. In fact, i saw someone playing an umbreon deck in my gym.
2. It could be used in Tyranitar prime deck, like how i played with it inside TTar deck, to stall and charge up the bench at the same time.
3.Like 2, Tech it inside Tyranitar prime deck to Wall the opponent and at the same time charge up the TTar prime. We could charge up a TTar SF at the same time too.
4. i give it 4.5/5. It has great potentials and could also be used after the next rotation. And its better if the next rotation has alot of pokemons with body and power.
5. The artwork is nice, 4/5.
Overall, this is a very good card and could be played in most dark type decks.

1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played?
It stands well on it's own. My deck is centered around Umbreon. It goes great against Gengar and SHUTS down VileGar.

2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?
None at the moment really. Maybe Ttar.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
I pair it with Riot Honchkrow to have something to take down SP.

4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
5/5 Many good cards have powers/bodies and Umbreon just says "Can't touch me."

5. How's the artwork?
I dislike the CoL art but the UD art is boss.

1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played?

I think the card has potential to be on it's own, but is best played with other Pokémon, for instance playing it with Espeon MD gives it an extra 20HP, combined with Espeon Prime means you can hit Machamp for weakness and still be using Moonlight Fang

2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?

In terms of being played in meta game decks, I'm not too sure, it's pretty good to play AGAINST most popular decks in the current metagame, Luxchomp, Dialgachomp etc. quite a few SP Pokémon (Garchomp Lvl. X, Luxray Lvl. X, Dialga Lvl. X etc.) have Poké-Powers, letting you set up a wall pretty effectively

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?

Personally since UD, I've combined Umbreon with Scizor Prime (To make... Scumbreon...) Umbreon acts as a wall against Poké-Powered Pokémon while you've got a Scizor on the bench loading it up with metal energies, when (and if) Umbreon gets K.O'd you can just tank the rest of the game with Scizor (hopefully)...

4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

Speaking from a personal standpoint I love this card and would give it 5/5 if I didn't also have to consider it from a metagame standpoint, because I do I'll give it 3.5/5. If they (Dialgachomp, Luxcomp etc.) realise what you're doing, they'll just Poké-Turn, put it back down and not Lvl. X it, leaving you vulnerable to Earthquake, Second Strike etc.

As I found out at States today...

5. How's the artwork?

I love the reprint's artwork, much better than the UD version

1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played?

Great card; it works well as the key card in a deck, and functions with "eeveelution" synergy (which imo isn't enough right now...next run needs more synergy). Locking down anything that can't force you out or bring up an attacker without a power or body is great. The big question is whether Abilities will work as Pokemon Powers or whether B&W is completely incompatible.

2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?

You can really tech it into anything running darkness energy.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?

Scizor's not bad but honestly there are few out and out combos for it. I think the best thing to combine it with is any heavy hitter, because the pokemon your opponent will usually use to deal with Umbreon won't be very bulky - something that can hit cheaply for 80-100 damage like Donphan Prime (belted), Charizard, Tangrowth, or Blaziken FB will wreck face.

4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

4 stars; this card is a fun one, I just finished my playset of them as something interesting to try out.

5. How's the artwork?

I love the artwork on the Call of Legends one; probably moreso than the UD version. They're both cute!

The art on this is beaaaauutiful. Soo nice.

I really love the card as well. Played it in my Tyranitar deck earlier this season, and am now playing it in Machamp. It really shuts down lots of decks and does a nice job stalling against others.

to add on to what everyone else said, its also a good lostgar counter belted with two sp darks ^_^
still very situation but it helped me out

also, i love holo's with a lighter background. makes it easier to see the sparkles

Oh good God, this thing can be an annoyance. Complete lockdown on some decks.

2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?
Oh God, throw in a Rainbow or Multi (was it rotated? I'm not 100% sure, haven't looked in to it) energy into any deck with one Eevee and you have yourself a staller. TTar Prime, LostGar, some SP decks, the list goes on. It works great against decks that are popular in the current meta, too.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Weavile UD, Spiritomb, and Vileplume say hello! My girlfriend runs Umbreon with Weavile, and she can lock me down in a turn or two.

4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
Great card, though the weakness DOES offset it a little bit. The HP is lackluster, too. I have to give it a 3.5/5

5. How's the artwork?
I like both CoL and UD prints, though the CoL print reminds me of the good ol' Neo days.
