Ruling Umbreon's Ability

Umbreon from Plasma Freeze has an ability, Dark Shade, that states, "Each of your Team Plasma Pokemon in play gets +20 HP."

First, as a Team Plasma Pokemon, does Umbreon get the HP boost from its own ability?
And second, does the ability stack? (If I have two Umbreon in play, do my Plasma Pokemon get a +40 boost?)
