There's really not much to say at this stage, we need to wait for some cards to be revealed so we can lock in some numbers.

But for starters, you have less than 210 cards (excl. SR), and you have exactly 25 trainer cards when it says 'more than 25', so there's going to be more. I thought Samson Oak was potentially going to be in Team Up, but he wasn't, so there's a chance he could be here (besides there's no other trainers than could possibly be added unless they start to reprint stuff but seems unlikely at this stage, and excluding Tinnitus Bell as that is from a more recent Gym Promo batch). We have Slowbro and Marowak in the set, so it's quite likely they'll add in 253/SM-P Slowpoke and 254/SM-P Cubone. With these 3 additions, you'd have 212 cards which meets the 210+.

Some of the older Gym Promos like 159/SM-P Riolu and 163/SM-P Alolan Diglett could potentially be added here too.

Regarding your list, as Cleffa is the pre-evolved form of Clefairy, shouldn't Cleffa be BEFORE Clefairy?

Update #1 - with all SRs from Double Blaze revealed, list has been updated with Welder FA and all of our predicted SRs
Update #2 - with the reveal of R&C-GX, I've edited the list down to 214 cards (I think it's a safe assumption at this point that there will be more Tag Team tins in the future)

Added the FA Supporters, and removed 3 "Special" FA Tag Teams that I could see being put in tins instead
 
My list has 220/240 cards by now.
I'm waiting some card from the set to show us how many cards will be there. I want to add some promo that Japan had, but we can also get them as promo for the triple and single packs.

I noted that you guys had left the ultraball, rare candy, escape rope and pokemon fan club.
I think ultra ball will be in the set, but we'll have to wait to be sure.

If you note many of the previous sets in the Sun & Moon block, there have been far fewer straight reprints, unless the reprint has new art - therefore, even if certain cards are given reprints in Japanese sets, that doesn't mean they're likely to make it into our English set.
