Help unknown card please help

This is a general trading card. Where it is from exactly I do not know.

Let me clarify a little but not in the way you'd probably hoped, @pellegrims: that appears to be a trading card but not a card from the official Pokémon Trading Card Game. A lot of us are at least somewhat knowledgeable of the Pokémon TCG, but general trading cards... not so much. Kind of like how I collected various Marvel Trading Cards - which were not designed to play games with - long before Overpower or Versus System games released that featured Marvel Superheroes (among others).

Those who might know probably need to see the back of the card. At least, that is how many of the trading cards I used to collect did things.
