I heard there was a new ruling on Unown G at Worlds, has it changed the way we know it.

So I guess the answer to your first question is no, they haven't changed the ruling *yet, if at all*. It could have just been a misplay that wasn't caught because of conflicting international rulings, or it could be that our rulings could be changed sometime on Unown G's effect.
To your second question, I really don't know.
What I am thinking is that if the effect of an attack is indirectly affecting a G'ed pokemon, it works, But if it is directly affecting it, it fails.
I also heard rumors of a new ruling regarding Looker's Investigation as well not just Unown G. I'm assuming that there's questions revolving around the amount of cards you can draw with Looker's effect.
Like If you're forced to draw just 5 or you can draw just 1 card or 2 with Looker's If the Opponent targets you with it.

there shouldn't be a new ruling concerning Looker's...it clearly states on the card itself that you draw upto 5 cards...it doesn't say draw until you have 5 cards in your hand...so if a person wanted to draw 1 card after being chosen from the player that played Looker's, they can do so...there shouldn't be any confusion there

Deck Master, you got it backwards. You can look and draw 1 at a time now. The OLD rule was announce or draw maximum.
>.< DNA, what DukeFireBird just said that Deck Master had it the wrong way. The original ruling on Looker's Investigation was that you have to announce how many you're going to draw if you draw less than the five. This has been the same with other things like Team Galactic's Wager. The new ruling that might be on Looker's Investigation is where you can draw one at a time and choose when to stop.

Yes, you CAN draw 1 card. Then if you want, decide to draw another card, then decide to draw another card, then stop if you want to. You DO NOT have to choose how many cards you draw BEFORE you draw them.
