Rerolling in a game like TCGP is to either restart the account and use the free resources you receive until you get the rare item or character you want. In this case, trading would enable you to have multiple accounts that you could reset to give these rare cards to a central game without having to spend anything more than your time to get these resources. With this, you can still do this for newer cards of lower rarity, but you still have to pay or grind for chase cards. Unfortunate for me, as I have multiple ir Charizards and a friend who really wants one, and I feel bad that I can't give him it, because I don't even need that many of it
