I disagree on the Smeargle price. It's more like $2. How about everything of mine you mentioned for your 2 Luxray GL and Smeargle.

It's actually in very good condition. The scratch is very minor. It's on the picture in the upper right corner right below the blue twinkle on the tentacle. You have to look in the right light to see it. The back is near mint with very minor edge where from going in and out of sleeves.
