This is a deck list that would make a very strong deck. It features the Pokemon Ursaring, Emboar and reuniclus, making it a {R}{C} energy deck.

Pokemon
4-3 Ursaring Prime
3-1-2 Reuniclus (BLW)
2-1-2 Emboar (ability)
3 reshiram
21

T/S/S
2 Pluspower
4 rare candy
2 switch
1 energy retrieval
2 Pokegear 3.0
4 Pokemon communication
2 Interviewers questions
4 PONT
3 cheren
2 twins
2 burned tower
27

Energy
2 rainbow energy
8 fire energy
2 DCE
12

Since this is a very slow deck, because you have to set up two stage two's, you run 2 twins. I know this sounds really small, but later on you'll be taking all of the prizes.
So, you set up ursaring and emboar first, and you put 4 energy on ursaring, whether rainbow, Dce, or fire. Rainbow helps you put damage on ursaring, so you can activate his Poke-Body, which increases the attack damage done by each of it's attacks by 60.
Then, you can do 130 damage to knock out dragons, if you have a plus power and 4 energies on it. Then we use the other pokemon, Reuniclus, to move damage onto you bulky emboars, and reshiram to outrage. But always remember to leave 1 damage counter on Ursaring.:)

The problems i can ee with thi deck right now are:
*Speed Issues with setting up Emboar and Reuniclus for Ursaring
*Low HP

As you know, Ursaring requires just one damage counter on it to activate its Body, good right? Wrong. It's bad because it effectively reduces Ursaring prime's HP to 100 making it an easy KO and coupled with the fact that it takes quite a bit of energy to use its strongest attacks. will lead to problems late game. I would suggest you consider or at least test Defender to help save Ursaring from potential OHKOs. Maxing out your DCE count (if you only have 2 then get some more) as you're going to need as many as you can draw into to help win you the prize race with your opponent. I would also suggest dropping Reuniclus from the list. Without the protection of Vileplume, your Reuniclus and/or prevolution forms will fall victim to Pokemon Catcher and chances are your opponent will not attack Ursaring Prime unless they can OHKO it or put you in a posistion where attacking it wouldn't allow you to KO them in return (rare) and they can still come out on-top.

I've considered a deck like this...wasn't looking at Fire Dance, I was actually thinking Vileplume as well.

First suggestion, remove the two Burnt Towers for two more Energy Retrievals. Maybe remove the two Interviewer's Question for the Defenders. Next, maybe replace the two Rainbow Energies for two Rescue Energy. Put them on Ursaring and if/when he is knocked out he'll return to hand (won't help the energy). Also I would agree that you should get two more DCE for the deck, it's Ursarings next best weapon (not counting Fire Dance). 2-3 Pokemon Collector might help, use it to bring out Reshiram, Tepig, and Teddiursa then all you have to worry about are the evolutions. You might consider (not saying you have too) removing Pokegear 3.0 for something else, more energy maybe or maybe Elm's Training Method in case Vileplume robs you of Communicator/Rare Candy. In fact I would recommend replacing two Communicators for two ETM just for that reasoning.

Ursaring is just a bad pokemon in general. With so much in the format that can hit for 120 or more, even defenders won't save you. There's also very little point of using reuniclus in this deck because it doesn't do anything for Ursaring.

With the set up that you have for the deck, your better of just building a Reshiboar deck with RDL. For fun or otherwise, this is just a bad idea,

But then this deck wouldnt be Ursazerk anymore. It would be a Reshiphlosion deck.

But thats how things work. My Donphan Terrakion became my Worlds Stage 1 Rush deck

Yeah. True. But the main point of this thread is to discuss Ursazerk, but Reshihphlosion would be better. But then it would be more of a Reshiphlosion and emboar deck.

That would be a trainer-lock deck. If vileplume were to be put in there, then plus power would be needed to be replaced, energy retrieval, and maybe some communications.

This current deck could.use typhlosion over emboar though

Yes, or more trainers, supporters, or techs could be put in to be like a Reshiphlosion deck. The vileplume one could be good because that is usually not what people are expecting with Reshiphlosion.
