I'm sorry but right now I'm mainly interested in the full art mega steelix from steam siege, and I'm only looking for the full art scizors.
 
Is your Gardvoir Ex FA (generations) near mint?

If so I would do:
My: Steelix Ex (Steam Siege)

Your: Gardevoir Ex Full Art (Generations)
 
Yes the gardevoir is definitely in near mint or mint condition, but if I do agree to this trade I would prefer for you to send first.

Sending agreements are better off done in PM, and it really shouldn't play a part in the decision process of the trade...

Look, I am still pretty new to this trading thing, so I don't really know what should be discussed in PM. I do think it is fair that you send first though since you are the one offering the trade.

I understand that you are new. In short, threads are for finding trades. PM is for finalizing details (such as sending agreements). I recommend that it is done through PM so that other potential traders don't needlessly get notifications/wade through bartering of our trade.

I would also recommend that you brush up on the Pokebeach Marketplace Rules, as they compel the trader with the lowest reputation to send first (see rule #19). As you have only 1 reference and I have not traded with you before, I will not consent to send first.
