Trades [USA] JC Penny - Looking for bulk trades/whole deck

I didn't see a whole lot. I'll trade porygonz X and shining gyarados for some packs, though.

I'd only trade umbreon/espeon for a meta deck.

I can get you a meta deck easily. What type are you looking for?

Whatever set is newest lol.

I'm just now trying to get back into serious/tournament-contending play, so I want something top tier, and that will be usable for next season. (Not likely to get rotated out / lose viability)

Okay. 5 Plasma freeze packs for the gyarados?

Also, want a TDK deck? It's kinda the BDIF now.

Do you have any other decks now that the one deck has been given to another player?
 
Hmm... Nothing for the two stars.

I have a very close to mint Shining Gyarados that is in Spanish, if you want to go off of that to make a deal for the Charizard *
