does the CG venusaur's green blast get strengthened by sceptile's wild growth poke body? so that per grass energy you get to that they both count for green blast?

Well, you can either:
A) Get your friends to ask a judge
B) Explain why it does
C) Go to Pokegym and ask (so they can get a profesor's answer)
