Is there a deck that can beat expert level using Auto mode? Guaranteed pack is nice but the battle takes around 5 minutes :/

I opened 36 packs with the Lapras event and only got one. You can still very well never pull the card.

That's nowhere near as likely as you seem to think. The odds of missing the promo card after 14 boosters is 15.03%.
