Ruling Venusaur's Energy Trans & Chlorophyll Questions~!

i have some questions on Venusaur's Energy Trans & Chlorophyll.
Chlorophyll: " All Energy cards that provide only (CL) Energy attached to your (L)Pokemon Provide(L)Energy instead."
Energy Trans: "As Often as you like during your turn(before you attack),you may take 1(L) Energy card attached to 1 of your pokemon and attach it to a different one."

my question is if i have a cyclone energy and a double colorless energy attach on one of my pokemon with Energy Trans & Chlorophyll
in play can i use Energy Trans effect to shift the cyclone energy and a double colorless to another pokemon since all (CL) energy is (L) with
Chlorophyll in effect?

Depends if they are shifted from a {G} Pokémon. I 'spect that it does work.

yes, u can switch, because cyclone energy is an 'energy card that provides CL energy'
thus it obeys the rule, and can be used by chlorophyll and energy trans
