Do the VGC rules typically change from year to year? I have a team worked out on pokemon online that's kicking butt, but I'm assuming the rules will be the same with black and white pokemon. I'm using the Black and White ubers Double battles on pokemon online to test it. Please respond!
 
Yes .They changed it completely from 09. I personally liked the 2010 rules better.
When black and white come out, i predict that the rules are gonna change drastically. Since triple battle has been implemented we no longer know whether vgc is double or triple. Then since there are new pokemon there might not be and legends allowed or even 4 gen pokes. It all comes down to waiting for the announcemnet. (P.S i came top 26 NJ Junior VGC 2010)
 
I've said it before and I'll say it again, for Black & White the VGC battles should be a choice between Doubles and Triples or just split into different game formats. I personally don't like Triples that much since I like Doubles alot better.
