Yes, it hits for 20+ for {C}{C},which can be archived by DCE. And it hits for 120 for {L}{L}{C}, which also helps increase Outrage damage output. Though this is with Eelektrik, keep in mind.
 
i think i might just use it for outrage because it only takes two energy's and it can stall. but other than that and me not having junk arms is it a pretty good list?
