The idea is to start with Victini to search Basic energies onto a Pokemon that counters your match up. T2 180 is pretty harsh and usually guarentees enough early pressure to win the game. The only problem is getting Victini out T1 with the right kind of energy and the right Pokemon to counter he match up. The list is consistent, it just needs that really amazing first turn (which is where I think it needs help). I also was thinking of taking out Virizion because I don't think I'll see any Keldeo/Blastoise tomorrow, and I wanted to make room for Zekrom possibly if I get there, and see that a lot of people are playing Plasma Box. If I did that, I'd probably just switch Virizion for Zekrom and Grass for Lightning, and just save the Prisms for Shaymin and Sigilyph.

this sounds like a super fun deck i say add a Gensect EX and maybe if like you said ppl are going to play Plasma box maybe add a Cobbalion

Genesect is still several months out.

Cobalion is an interesting addition, but I think I need to take out a whole energy type. This is getting out of hand as it is, and it's starting to lose consistency. I was thinking of just dropping the Virizion and Grass. What do people play nowadays? Darkrai, Plasma, and Klinklang. Do people still play Big Basics?

first off is that the main decks are in order
Plasma Box
Darkrai Lasers
Plasmaklang
Big Basics
RayEels/Blastiose Keldeo

I counter most of those or aren't worried about those (Looking at you, RayEels.) except for Plasma Box, but I OHKO Thundurus. I'm definately going to replace the LIghtning with a Prism and a Fire, and then I'll have one space left. Could I really just throw in Cobalion EX solely for Righteous Edge?

this seems like it could work as long and you dont underestimate you opponent and get beat twice in one day at states with a match that you were sure you had beat! Haha just kidding. I think that your meta counter is too direct. I would roll with cobalion for sure. And i would drop the grass. It kills your pony match up but does wonders for plasma. Also drop the bicycle for a tool scrapper

Forgot the Fire :p

i think you mean that hammer. that one on the fighting is the one that killed you. bc float stone runs rampant young one

There were several hammers. (Who uses just one hammer anyway.) But even just one hammer early game throws a wrench in the system of doing 180 second turn. And there were two heads on early hammers, no less. As for Tool Scrapper, I was thinking about Garbodor, but should Float Stones really bother me? I feel like that would be the first thing to go if I needed to find room for X. Plus I really like Bicycle.

i just updated mine list (i took out a fighting and water energy and added 2 fire energy if you think this is to little then take away another energy and add another fire (i have not tested this deck yet so i do not know) (and i took out a tool scrapper and add a moltres (if you wanted me to keep tool scrapper then take out random receiver etc. and add a tool scrapper)

The Klinklang match up is actually covered considering you donk just about every start with a Skyla. That being said, I've yet to play against Klinklang in a match during a tournament. I used to have Benchtini in here, but I didn't think it was really needed, and I wanted to make it more consistent.

ok but i see how you beat klinkklang if you get Victini EX you just tear through there ranks especially if you get Victory Peice
