the strategy is to get victini ex and to use its turbo energize attack to charge your attackers (keldeo bouffalant and zoroark)
 
Cut out the Pokede/Ether engine. It's unnecessary and will free up a lot of extra space.

just tested this deck again and yes the ether/pokedex engine in kind off useless
so i have removed it
