The main attacker is obviously Gengar SF because when it uses it's poltergeist it does 30 damage for each trainer, supporter and stadium in the opponent's hand. Vileplume is for the trainer lock so you can do big hits with Gengar. As for how to set up Gengar you can see there are no trainers so you use an early game Spiritomb to Darkness Grace (Search your deck for a card which evolves from one of your pokemon and put it onto that pokemon. If you do put a damage counter on Spiritomb) your Oddishs or Gastlys, Spiritombs's poke-body also trainer locks. If you are facing a Gyarados deck use Gengar prime first attack to put all the Magikarp's from his hand into the lost zone. The Gengar Lvl.X is to get rid of this deck's weakness Dialga G Lvl.X and the Chatot G and Cyrus's Initiative are for disruption. I use the Sableye also for ealy turn set up and the rest is pretty much self explanatory.

I've play tested it seems that drawing power bit weak

No comments looks like it must be good but Ill see how it goes in cities wish me luck:D

I would try to fit in a couple of Rescue Energy. It works really nice with Vileplume and BTS after your opponent KO's it.
