I'm running a simple Vilegar strategy but, with rescue energy to save my Gengars from the grave.

First off, Gengar has the same name as Gengar Prime and Gengar SF. You cannot have more than 4 in a deck, so I would just drop the Prime.

Here are some things to consider:

-1 Flower Shop Lady(Palmer's is enough)
-2 Cynthia's Feelings(you have PONT)
-1 Warp Energy(Most people only run one, but you can run two)

+1 Haunter(consistency)
+1 Azelf LA(searches prizes for something you might need)
+1 Premier Ball(searches out Gengar X)
Either +1 Uxie X(draw power, NBD if you don't have it) or +1 Bellossom UD(healing, but not necessary)

You have to put a umbreon counter. This deck is an auto-loss against it, if you don't have a counter. I agree with all that Yoshidude10 suggested.

As for an Umbreon counter, I'm pretty sure Shadow Room works on Umbreon(maybe not). Fainting Spell is always the great back-up option; you flip heads w/ a Rescue, then you return, and they don't.

I dont have the prime in, that is a TU Haunter not prime

Shadow Room doesn't work on Umbreon

Im not adding Premier ball because I plan on locking trainers the whole time, I already have 3 Haunter, like I said earlier, and I am trying to get an Azelf. I will think about the Bellosm. thank you for your advice. I dont have a Uxie X.

The list looks pretty solid, the only things i might change is
-1 Flower Shop Lady
+1 Palmers, just to be more consistent and with palmers you dont have to pick out a required amount of energy and pokemon, they can be mixed up as in like 4 pokemon 1 energy instead of having to get 3 and 3
Also id maybe try
-1 warp energy
+1 rescue, I just think its more devastating with fainting spell and bts combo

@ Lost cyclone: I will probably do that on the Palmers, I will have to think about the energy switch though. Thank you for your advice.

@ Xldany: why? I don't want to take out any more psychic energys, some times I think I don't have enough. I barely use Q anyways, that is why I have warp energys for the most part.

What is a good, like 1 card counter to Umbreon UD?

you need a way to hit umbreon...

1-1 gliscor is my suggestion plus 1 fighting shouldnt be to hard to fit in

I believe that those "2" are actually Haunter.

It is: 4 Gastly SF, 2 Haunter stormfront, 1 Haunter Triumphant, 3 Gengar Stormfront, and 1 Gengar X Arceus set. For the last time.
 
Nice list, but take out 1 Looker's Investigation and 1 Palmer's Contribution for 1 Azelf and 1 Mr. Mime CoL.
 
I use the Palmers for revory and i need it. I don't have an azelf, but once I get Mr. Mime CoL I will take out a lookers.
