This is a deck Idea I tried out. I don't have too many cards, so I couldn't make a good decklist, but here's how it works. It works like any other durant deck, exept with reuniclus to move damage onto archeops and vileplume. Firstly, you want to set up reuniclus, behind your attacking durant. Then, while you are setting up a GLOOM on the bench, use plume fossil to set up ARCHEN on the bench, but make sure once you've set up those stage 1's, you want to have both stage 2's in hand. Then on your next turn, you want to eveolve them. You don't want to run any (or very few) rare candies in the deck, because you will only be setting up reuniclus with them. The idea is evolution lock once you've evolved everything, and then trainerlock to stop your opponent from catchering or reversaling your evolock and killing it off so that they can evolve stuff. You could actually run more Rare candies but then you'd have to be careful at what can target your oddish. and you'd have to set up archen really fast.

Durant has 60HP. Eviolite + 1 Special {M} energy reduce damage by 30 giving Durant essentially 90 HP which is still low, so using Reuniclus to move damage counters wouldn't work to well on a frail pokemon, plus using Vileplume stops you from being albe to use Revive + anyother trainer to make Durant usable and even if you were to include those trainer cards then they would be dead weight in your hand once Vileplume is set up. Plus your trying to set up Archeops which demands quite alot of space along side Vileplume. I honestly do not see this deck working especially with Durant. Archeops alone demands too much space to work with 2 other stage 2 pokemon.

However, runing Kyurem+Archeops+Jirachi is a viable and simple idea. Main plan it to set up Kyurem for Glaciate, it may take 3 turns to do so but with 130HP there aren't many things that can OHKO Kyurem within the first 2 turns without some sort of god-like hand, so Outrage becomes a viable attack to rely on. Evo-Lock with Archeops while spreading with Kyurem and devolve any pokemon that managed to evolve with Jirachi. Without Vileplume, you can freely play Trainers, Research Documents and Eviolite come to mind as decent trainers to run

EDIT: My mistake Durant has 70HP, but still, Eviolite won't save you unless you play it in high numbers to draw into it early which makes it dead weight once Vileplume comes out plus it not being searchable hurts you as well.

Too many cards. Durant needs the extra space that it has to play the techs, such as crushing hammer, lost remover, and Cobalion. You can't use it up with evolution lines. If you want to try to lock, use archeops by itself, and just play switch. they might be able to catcher it, but until they kill it, they won't be able to set up anything. You already have an auto-win against 6 corners if you can get rid of their energy, and every other deck needs evos to help it out. The only deck that would bother you is mirror, or ZPTS. It's a good idea, though.

GG, X_empoleon_X. I just got ninja'd. :p

Archeops and reuniclus are too slow to be of any use to Durant. Eviolite helps a bit but you don't really need anything to assist it. Having played several variations of Durant the best "rouge" I have come across uses a couple of odd tech Pokemon (Crushing Hammer, Lost Remover, ect. are all nice but somehow just don't feel right to me in Durant builds) to aid in that person's respected Meta. One person might play Cobalion as a back up plan, if having problems with the Durant set-up, while another might play a tech to counter another Durant specifically.
