Have you tried Safe Mode with network?

when i do safe mode with network it doesnt load to the desktop

You put the the restore disk in the drive and restart the computer, and follow the instructions. That could solve the problem, if the o/s is corrupted. But before you try that, make sure you have a backup off your data. It won't do any good if it is hardware related problem.
