Latios is a rare Pokemon who deserves the win! He's not avabliable in-game much, and it would be great to have him stronger! Event Pokemon are easy to get on GTS, and there is a L.V. 100 event Arceus with the strongest 4th Gen signature moves, so we don't need another!!!!! Latios is awesome!
