Help VS Set Scizor

Hello everyone. So, I have a question on a specific card. The other day, I got this Japanese VS Set Scizor from a card shop. It was $8 and is in very good condition, with no scratches or anything. Could someone please look at the pictures and tell me how rare it is / if I got a good deal?
