VVV (Vanilluxe/Vileplume/Victini with Teddiursa + Bellossom))

Hey guys! I have here my VVV list I'd like to get fixed up. Here it is:

4 - 3 - 3 Vanilluxe NV
3 - 2 - 2 / 1 Vileplume UD / Bellossom UD
2 Victini 17/101
4 Teddiursa CoL
1 - 2 Slowking HGSS

Total Pokemon: 27

4 Pokemon Collector
4 Pokemon Communication
4 Twins
3 N
3 Rare Candy
2 Cheren
2 Professor Elm's Training Method
1 Seeker

Total I/S/S: 23

7 Water Energy
3 Rescue Energy

Total Energy: 10

Strategy: This deck is used to frustrate your opponent using Vanilluxe to the point where they want to flip the table using a few key cards. Vileplume is in there for the Item Lock, and makes Gothitelle useless, and also allows the Paralysis lock to happen. Victini almost guarantees that Vanilluxe is able to paralyze the opponent with its attack, Double Freeze, and Teddiursa is an interesting tech that slows your opponent down early game, and is meant as a starter. Cleffa and Pichu are for bad starts or for filling the bench.

Bellossom is interesting, and it is my direct counter to Chandelure and Kyurem, who are spreading damage across the board, so Bellossom heals off the damage. The rest should be self-explanatory, but the reason I included Rescue Energy is because if, for some reason, a Pokemon like Chandelure or Kyurem is about to KO one of my Pokemon, I can tack a Rescue Energy on it so it does not get KOd.

Things I've been thinking about adding:

Ursaring Prime + Roserade UL: Although weird techs, I can add Rainbow Energy to activate Berserk, which would then allow Ursaring to OHKO Gothitelle with Berserk + Megaton Lariat + Energy Signal. Although Gothitelle is a fairly reasonable matchup, it is helpful that Teddiursa is already here.

Slowking: Slowking would help the ZPST matchup greatly, as they are already struggling with Vileplume (if it is in play), and messing with their top deck would be a really interesting idea. It could also combo with Ursaring's Hammer Arm to discard an important card, and then draw into a Item card or something else that is useless. Added

Please LMK what you think of the list, and how Ursaring, Roserade, and Slowking would work. I know this list is not perfect, so please aid me in any way you can! All advice is appreciated. Thank you! :)

Update 1:

- 1 N
- 2 Sage's Training
- 1 Cleffa
- 1 Pichu
- 2 Seeker

+ 1 Gloom
+ 3 Cheren
+ 1 Water Energy
+ 2 PONT

Update 2:

- 2 PONT
- 1 Rescue Energy

+ 1 - 2 Slowking HGSS

Update 3:

- 1 Cheren

+ 1 Seeker

Since you also want to start with Pichu/Cleffa, you might want to cut a Teddy. I really sugggest more draw power. Maybe a Copycat/PONT.

I thought about that, but I might want to include Slowking, so I think I might just drop the Cleffa + Pichu + maybe something else to opt for a 1-2 Slowking line. Thank you for the suggestions, though! I will definitely try to find more room for more hand refresh.

I'd drop the sage's and the seekers. They don't really fit in this deck. In order to have bellosom, you're going to want that 2nd gloom. Cheren fits nicely in this deck as well. You also need some more energy. Lastly, if you want to start with teddy, drop the babies.
-1 cleffa
-1 pichu
-2 sage's
-2 seeker
-1 N
-1 communication
+1 Vanilish
+1 gloom
+2 {W}
+4 Cheren

Hope I helped! :)

I'd say:
-2 Teddiursa
+1 Vileplume (if the only one gets prized?)
+1 Cleffa/Manaphy

You can still probably get Teddiursa consistently. And it would suck if your only Plume got prized.
And, the only reason you would want Ursaring and Roserade is to tech against this. "Ring around the Roserade"

@PkmJoe: I'll think about it. Right now, I can get enough energy on the Vanniluxe as I need, so I might only add one more Water. I think I'm going to drop a Rescue for the sake that it isn't as important as I thought it would be. Cheren is a nice idea, though, I might drop the Sage's for the Cheren. I think I'm going to drop the babies and the Seekers, too: however, 4 Communication is a must for getting a T2 Vileplume. I'll consider dropping one, but 4 Vanillish is overdoing it. Yeah, I'll add another Gloom too. I'll drop an N too; it hasn't been helping me to the point where it is extremely mandatory. The changes right now look like this:

- 2 Seeker
- 1 Cleffa
- 1 Pichu
- 2 Sage's
- 1 N

+ 1 Gloom
+ 3 Cheren
+ 2 PONT
+ 1 Water Energy

Thank you for your help! I'll update.

@FTLOK: 4 Teddiursa is a must to start with it, and I have 2 Vileplume. Thank you for your suggestions, but I'm not comfortable with 2 Cleffa and 2 Teddiursa (since it's less likely I'll start with the one I want when I need it).

Edit: Changed the list to include Slowking: Removed both PONTS and a Rescue Energy for a 1-2 line.

Bump! Removed a Cheren for a Seeker. 2 Cheren is enough, and 1 Seeker is a nice tech to help against the Dragons, since they can't hit that magic 130. That way, you retreat Vanilluxe with another Vanilluxe and a Vanillish in play, Seeker the damaged Vanilluxe, then evolve the Vanillish. Even with 1 Seeker, I have used it to the extent and made the prize exchange more favorable against the Dragons.
