Stratagy: Vanilluxe is your main attacker, you use it to continuously paralyze and stall your opponent, use vileplume for trainer lock to stall your opponent more, Victini is used to redo coin flips for vanilluxe so you paralyze every turn, and beartic is used as a second attacker and to stall while getting set up

I was thinking of taking out the Professor Elms for 3 more Water Energy, anyone have thoughts on that?

I would definitely add more energy.

Can you list what decks your listed cards are coming from? What deck Cleffa? What deck Victini? etc....

One more thing, please forgive, but what are PENT, PONT, FSL, and N? I've been away from the game for a while. LOL.

PENT = Professor Elm's New Training Method
PONT = Professor Oak's New Theory
FSL = Flower Shop Lady
N = N :p

Ahhh, N, how silly of me not to know. LOL. Thanks bunches for the info. LOL.

Have you played your deck? How does it do against the big hitters?

It's the cleffa from call of legends, and e victini that dos victory star, I haven't been doing to much testing yet so I'm not sure how it would be against big hitters but I'm assuming it would do alright except for at the rare times that you don't paralyze your opponent and they might be able to do some major damage, but if you continue to paralyze your opponent you should be fine

I have been testing a version of this online, has been working ok when Fliptini wants to work. My list:

4-4-3 Vanilluxe
3-2-2 Vileplume
2 Victini
1 Cleffa
1 Tedddiursa (CL)

3 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Communication

3 N
3 PONT
4 Cheren
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Twins
2 Sage’s training
1 Flower Shop Lady

10 Water energy
3 rescue energy

also i was thinking of taking the Teddiursa tech out and including a Bellossum, would make the deck even slower but could help late game

-1 Sage's
-1 Pokemon Communication

+1 PONT
+1 Switch

I prefer PONT over Sage's because PONT gives you a fresh hand and sometimes you might get 3 Vanilluxe and 2 Vileplumes of the Sage's (yes, stuff like that has happened to me). I like the Switch because if your opponent happens to Catcher your Gloom before you get to evolve it, you could be stuck and you would have to attach precious energy or wait til the opponent knocks you out.

I think a MewScoops version be the only playable version of this deck in ND-on. So, add four Mew Prime and lessen Vanilluxe lines. Just search "Mew Scoops" in deck garage.

For your deck itself,
-2-2 Beartic; its 3 energy cost paired with the fact that you run no DCE (and rightfully so, because Beartic shouldn't be here) results in Beartic being about as slow to setup as Vanilluxe. Mainly though, Skyarrow Bridge will allow opposing EX's to easily retreat out of the lock.

+1 N
+1 Bellossom
+2 Water Energy

-2 Cubchoo
-2 Beartic
-3 PENT

+1 Vanillish
+1 Pichu
+1 Twins
+1 Collector
+1 Sage's
+1 N
+1 Water

Focus the deck down. The Beartic line is a nice thought, but isn't consistent.
Bring the Vanilluxe line to 4-4-4. With Vileplume dropping early, not having the 4 Vanillish hurts.
Up your consistency Supporters. Yeah, you won't always be behind in prizes, but you will be tossing something to the wolves against any fast matchup (Reshiphlosion, Eelzone, etc.)

Which Pichu are you suggesting?

There is only one Pichu available for play right now to the above poster. But, I also agree with Verbivore, you should definitely go with Mewscoops. It is quicker set up for the same purpose.

i decided t take out the beartic line for 3 water energys and an extra PONT, i'm keeping the elms in for now but i might take them out later for more supporters
