Wait Is This Actually Right?

I tried to log into go-pokemon.com to check my ranking now that it's finally back up but apparently my account was de-activated with the new layout and I have to wait up to 48 hours to re-activate it. I don't mind waiting but usually they're really good about this stuff and I found it strange that they'd have all 18,000 or however many players re-activate their accounts. I just wanted to make sure this isn't some bug in my computer and/or that this isn't some fake website. If it is and anyone else had the problem can you please tell me what you did to fix it?
 
When I went there this is what showed up for me: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Test Page. Am I at the wrong website? Because I did type in go-pokemon.com and that is what showed up.
 
Shadow, I'm fairly sure go-pokemon is gone,

it's all merged to Pokemon.com.


Edit: I'm having troubles logging into my account too, Celebi.
 
Yeah I figured it was something like that, I just hope they can fix it somehow.
 
Same here. I just ended up resending the activation thing... I'm sure the change caused a few bugs.

EDIT: OK. I reactivated my account. Now it says that my parents have to make their own account if I want to see mine. >_>

You have to re-activate your account by hitting "forgot password" and resetting everything. I think your trainer I.D is your P.O.P I.D
 
I've e-mailed them to see if there's any way to speed up the process or if there's anything to fix. I had issues before the change too because I wound up with an invalid POP-ID and have to merge them or something. I'll keep you guys posted if they say there's something easier to do.
 
Well what I did was log in with my Go Pokemon account, then resent the activation email, then signed the Terms and Conditions and I was in.
Nothing's resetted, except I don't think the Tournament Locator works outside of America.
 
Don't bother checking your ranking. No rankings have been updated with City Championships yet.
 
I just got it working, just send the activtiion code to your email, resend it just incase, and just wait, then when you get the email, click activate now, and... BAM, your done
 
I logged into my account, but my premier rating has reset to 1600.0 and it says I need a parent to sign the terms of agreement to acces my profile, even though I previously didn't on Go-pokemon. Im flippen 15, do I really need my parent's permission?! Come on...
 
I still haven't figured it out, but I could use a fresh start with our premier ratings mid-season XD.
 
What happens if you don't have a POP ID? I tried to register and haven't played pokemon since 2000.
 
my account doesn't work anymore and when i try to get my user name/password with my email, it saids "Unable to find an account using the provided information". when i clearly had an account
 
You have to reset it I think. I'm having the same problem, an no response from their customer service yet.
 
I tried to resend the activation E-mail but the E-mail adress I had is no longer active so I have no idea what I'm to do.
