No, I know he can but we're talking about Dream World abilities. Sally with Overconfidence and Outrage is illegal. And I don't mean taking Hippo out lol, I mean taking Salamence out in general and put Blissey in.
 
Blissey would be a good swap. The mega high HP and great Special Defence are a great asset to the teams abilities.
 
As I explained Blissey WOULDN'T be a good swap at all as sally fulfills a much needed sweeping role that the team lacks, and Hippo already fills the wall spot. If you want Blissey I would replace Hippo with it, NOT sally.
 
i think that on ulgamothsu you should have firery dance instead of fieblast
and because half your team is weak to ice as mentioned by Ilidor, you should change you garchomp to a sub-salac set
 
Please don't revive topics older than 2 weeks, especially RMTs, since a team this old (from last year?) probably isn't being used any more.
