• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Hey guys, I've been using a Water Toolbox type deck with Primarina GX. Ideally, I want to start with Lapras GX, and depending on what my opponent is using, focus on the Glaceon EX or the Primarina GX. I used it in last weekend's League Cup, but I went 1-2 with it, so I just want to know how I could make it better. Here's the deck list:

I've been running a similar list since guardians risings came out and I love the deck so much. Palkia Ex is a huge part of this deck to get as many energy in the board as possible so I run 2 to make sure I can get at least one. And I see you only play 1 aqua patch, but I feel aqua patch is one of the most important cards in a primarina deck. And to get water energy in the discard you'll need ultra balls so you could maybe do a 2-2 split between dive ball and ultra ball depending on your liking. I'm not sure if you are able to afford it or not but Tapu Lele is also a great addition to primarina to search out for a skyla for easy rare candy evolution. Basically my suggestions go:
