We didn't get Fast Ticket!/ Benefits of Going First

If you run it you have to be lucky enough to get it in your opening hand, and if you run enough to where it gets likely, they will become useless junk later in the game.Still, even thoughi will probably run 1-2 if I have some free space in a deck, they wont get a lot of play outside of donk decks.

No, either run 4 or run 0. If you only run 1-2, it won't even be useful in the beginning of the game because you won't draw into it. With 4, I believe you have a 40ish% of drawing into it at the beginning of the game.

Odds of drawing at least one of a full playset in the opening seven are 46,67%, (4nCr1*59nCr6)/60nCr7 if you want to work that out for yourself with a calculator, meaning your math is pretty much spot-on (I end up around 73,34%, which is close enough to make no difference.). Thing is, you don‘t want to draw it at any other time, and even if you open with one, you‘ve still got three in the deck.
