Strategy
For those who do not know the strategy behind Weavile from Plasma Freeze. His second attack allows you to discard as many Pokemon cards from your hand as you want. His attack then does 30 times the amount of Pokemon cards you discarded. Exeggcute from Plasma Freeze has an ability that if Exeggcute is in the discard pile, you may put it back into your hand. This ability works great with Weavile's attack, allowing 120 damage almost every turn. However, you can also discard Exeggcute with cards like Ultra Ball, and Computer Search and get it back. Now, why Darkrai? First Darkrai's ability allows gives any Pokemon that has a darkness energy attached to it, free retreat cost. Darkrai's night spear is also handy, being able to spread damage can make it easier on Weavile. Sableye is added for mainly late game, but can also be a starter. But because I only run one, the odds of getting one in a starting hand is small. Tornadus is the potential starter. His first attack makes for a great hand refresh and his second attack is a decent alternative if you can't get a Weavile or Darkrai going. Ghetsis is something I'm not too sure of yet. The way the metagame is now, a lot of people rely upon trainers, which benefits Ghetsis. but I'm thinking of removing it for either 2 bicycle or another Bianca and something else. I'm thinking of removing Computer Search for a Rock Guard. A well attached Rock Guard can finish off a Pokemon that knocked you out. My list is open to consideration, but I might not change anything until I can test the list myself.

Weavile Translation
Weavile – Darkness – HP90
Stage 1 (Team Plasma) – Evolves from Sneasel

[C] Hail: Does 10 damage to each of your opponent’s Pokemon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)
[D][C] Scapegoats: 30x damage. You may discard as many Pokemon from your hand as you like. This attack does 30 times the number of cards discarded this way.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 1

Caitlin Translation
Caitlin - Trainer
Supporter

Return any number of cards from your hand to the bottom of your deck in any order you like. Then, draw an equal number of cards.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

Thanks for reading!

Could you add a translation for Weavile, please? As for the deck, I think it looks really fun, and good as well. You should cut all of the Plasma energy for Dark, though. You should never be attacking with Tornadus (very high energy cost and not very much damage) and with only 7 Dark you will struggle to get Dark Patches when you need them. I'd also add one more Dark Patch, so it is easier to get the t2 or setup Darkrais late game.

So, here are the final changes I'd make:

-3 Plasma Energy
-2 Switch (Darkrai's ability should be enough)
-1 Bianca (you need one RR for Sableye)
+1 Random Receiver
+1 Dark Patch
+1 Town Map (you need this card to find any Exeggcutes in the discard)
+3 Dark Energy

Another Super Rod or two would be good but I'm not sure what to cut for it. There is also only more one key problem I see with this deck: If you start an Exeggcute, you're really hurt for the rest of the game. Something to explore could be 2-4 SSU. I know that sounds bad, but SSU is actually a very good card and you can use it to win in prize trades when using Darkrai. Just something that might be good to explore, but might not be too good.

@alex: How does Town Map help find Exeggcute in the discard? I think you meant prizes.

Sneasel Scan
Weavile Scan

Translation for Sneasel:

Sneasel – Darkness – HP70
Basic Pokemon

[D][C] Quick Attack: 20+ damage. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 more damage.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 1

Translation for Weavile:

Weavile – Darkness – HP90
Stage 1 (Team Plasma) – Evolves from Sneasel

[C] Hail: Does 10 damage to each of your opponent’s Pokemon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)
[D][C] Scapegoats: 30x damage. You may discard as many Pokemon from your hand as you like. This attack does 30 times the number of cards discarded this way.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 1

I personally think that Dowsing MCHN is better here than Computer Search, just because of its ability to get your (many) Trainer cards in the deck that you'll need back. Another reason is that there is nothing really that you need on T1. Don't play Plasma Energy. Tornadus EX PLF should only be used for the first attack, and I think that just more Supporters would fit those slots better. Only 2 Dark Patch? I'd play at least 3, maybe 4 because of the lack of Sableye. Only 1 Sableye won't work; at least 2 are needed since this isn't a pure Speed Darkrai Deck. I agree with adding Random Receiver because of the inclusion of Sableye. More Darkness Energy is needed because of Dark Patch, and if any are prized you'll have a rough time finding them when you need them.

Hope this helps.

Alright I made the appropriate changes. Thanks again for the advice, always helps. Especially since I am now getting back into the TCG after a three year leave.

Hail might actually be an okay attack in some cases. I just thought of a new deck idea. Weavile/Dusknoir FTW!

I think you may need lasers and virbanks, to put your max damage output up to 170, that can knock out genesect and most exs, so i suggest...
-2 tornadus
-1 ultra ball ( you will only need ultra ball for darkrai)
-1 super rod (you are able to get these back with junk hunt)
-1 other card idrk
+3 HTL
+2 Virbank city gym

^ While Virbank with HTL is very good, I don't think this deck has enough room for it. You should at least keep 1 Tornadus for late game, and Super Rod is SUPER important in this deck, you should add more, definitely not cut it. Ultra Ball is also good for finding pokemon to discard, and discarding Exeggcutes.
