Wednesday, 4/9, Translations and Majestic Dawn Theories, PCL Threatened with Letter

Woah, I didn't get to read that letter until today. That is uttery wierd. Who would want to threaten them anyway? :F Well, I hope they have a back up plan to determine who from Japan goes to Worlds. It just wouldn't be Worlds without people from other countries.

Oh yeah, I like Glaceon. I love the artwork and the description below it. It's got fairly good stats, and sold attacks to back it up. If only it was going to see more play, but the Lv.X isn't the best in the world...

dmaster out.

I think it was terrible that someone like the writer of that letter could go around and ruin so many kids' (and adults'!) lives like that. I hope the police find the perpetrator.

So, how do you think Japan should pick its Worlds qualifiers - by ratings and rankings, or by holding another series of tournaments? Since Japan is where the heart and soul of Pokemon resides, it would be a crying shame to see its presence at Worlds greatly reduced or even eliminated.

My guess is that the letter was written by either Team Galactic or by someone who's already won a tournament and did this to prevent more winners and thus have less competition at Nationals.

I mean...something like this happened with the IQ tests to determine if kids could get into the gifted programs at my school district. (I'm sure some people read about the lawsuits over candy and obesity I mentioned earlier.) IQ tests have been sabotaged, theatened, or blackmailed over the past few years to make them harder to get to so that fewer kids could get into the gifted programs.

By the way, I like those holographic Energy cards. They looked pretty neat, and if they keep releasing them, I'd be able to make all of my decks have nothing but those Energies. Of course, I take a more artistic stance toward the TCG than most other people, I'd bet. I sometimes stare at an illustration for long periods of time.
