Weekly Breakdown! Week 2, Rayeels!

What happend right there is that I didn't shuffle my deck probably. And of course you can't go around drawing dead at some point. My point with "literally never draw yourself dead" was that it is packed with consistency so it will/would not happen as often as it sometimes does with Rayeels.

From now on troll posts ain't needed, everyone knows that you can't go around drawing dead some point in your life.

11 Supporters (plus 2 Skyla, but they don't really count) and 5 search items is not "packed with consistency". I'd never even consider using a list that inconsistent myself, although it may be because I just hate my bad luck. But really, I think you're way overstating how consistent that deck is. If I did well with it I'd write it off purely to luck.

I play with a very similar decklist to the one included, and i find it very consistent!
:) I guess it has a lot to do with luck, but i have won most of my games, with not much luck involved...

It wasn't intended to be a troll post... I was pointing out that you drew yourself dead and you then stated that that deck never draws dead. You do have a good point, but saying that a deck never draws dead even when shuffled properly, is a stretch. Also, if you are/were offended by these posts, sorry. That wasn't my intention. :)

I should really just not point out these problems to begin with

Its very possible that I've simply gotten really unlucky a lot with lower supporter counts which has causes me to write them off as inconsistent, but even if 11 supporters 5 balls is a decent amount its certainly not above average and therefore calling the deck "packed with consistency" seems a stretch.

^^^ all of this

I find myself whiffing cards and I rarely run less then 14-15 supporters. I've also done quite a bit of testing with Rayeels and find myself missing the setup almost every time with 14 supporters, 4 Ultra Balls, and 3 Level balls. Sure, it's possible to do well with something like 11 supporters, but you want to decrease the luck factor of the game by adding more consistency cards.

Although, Skyla does count to a certain extent, so it's still 13 supporters. The 5 search is what I think the weakness of this deck is.
