Strategy:

The hope is to hit the turn one Phantump and Wally to create the turn one Item Lock. Trevenant is the main attacker, using the appropriate Eeveelution to hit for weakness (Psychic, Lightning, Fire, or Water). Hippowdon is there to hit for Fighting Weakness, block powered up EXs, and can also take advantage of the Eeveelutions.

Right now it is running pretty solid in play testing on TCGOne. I was just hoping that some of you with more experience than me could take a look and see if there are any glaring holes or ways to make it more consistent.

Thanks for looking, and I look forward to all of your feedback!

Aegislash ex pretty much blocks you. you can only attach 2 psy energy to Trevenant plus dimension valley, hit for 40 if no weakness.

also, do you feel hard to get the 1-1 hippowdon out? I think a 2-2 line is the least requirement for an 1st stage attacker, or you cut it totally with the rainbow energy for more consistency

Yeah, I ran into that problem with Aegislash. I could try switching the Rainbow Energy to Fighting Energy. Not sure how that will effect consistency of setting up attackers, but I will give it a try, because I really want to keep the Hippowdon line to be able to block EXs and to hit for Fighting Weakness. I agree with you, and have uppped the Hippowdon line to 2-2.

I'd max out your Ultra Balls. If you don't open with Wally in hand, you want to do whatever you can to draw for it- and that means Shaymin, a lot of the time.

I'm also not so sure on Hippowdon, I get the feeling it might be a little bit clunky. And just having a 1-1 line means that if one's prized, the other is dead in your deck. And a dead draw when what you really want is a Wally. If you do drop Hippowdon, drop the Rainbows for Psychics.

IMO Hippowdon/Eeveelutions is a good deck idea, and probably one I'll test at some point. But I think it's best left to its own deck.

Ms Hugo - thanks for the feedback. I understand what you are saying about the Hippowdown, his inclusion costs me consistency. I just really like the idea of hitting for fighting weakness too, as it hits so many meta decks - T-Tar, Manectric, Ampharos, Raichu, etc...

I do like your idea of maxing out the Ultra Balls, and will give that a try. Thanks!
