I, for one, don't think it's right to make fun of sites like this, even if they are odd. I mean, how would you feel if someone on another forum linked to PokéBeach and thought it was the saddest thing ever? We like Pokémon, and they like Twilight. We simply have to accept that.
Twilight is just another fad. Once the fourth movie is out on DVD, it will become less popular, and people will become less obessed with it, and it will be talked about occasionally but not excessively, as was the case with Harry Potter.
That being said, I think I've got my message across- That we simply have to take life and other people how they are and accept it. Even if it is sad to some of you, I personally think it's wrong to "abuse" sites like this.
I hope my message has gotten across to some of you, and I tried my best not to mini-mod. If this does count against me for that, please LMK and I will delete this post. Thank you!

Just a small note. I dont have anything against Twilight itself. I got something against the ridiculous hype surrounding a mediocre story with bad actors.
 
Uh, its a fansite in the same way the beach is a fansite for pokemon. By laughign at that, you're laughign at yourselves. Maybe they've taken it too far, but the principle is the same. I'm sure many people on this forum are 'sad' enoguh to believe pokemon plays a part in their lives. If its a serious hobby why shouldn't it? I'm a really serious guitarist and so music plays a large part in my life. Maybe twilight is a sad thing to be obsessed with, but as I say isn't the principle just the same?
 
It looked like a very fail version of fml. It's powered by the same thingamajigger.
And I do agree that it similar to any fansite... but I think it goes a bit further.

To me the principle isn't the same because this is... being a fan at the very extreme, to the point of obsession. Few people on this site (if any) could claim to be as dedicated to Pokemon as these people are to Twilight.

Having said that, I'm hoping it's just an elaborate troll, although it really *does* look like the real thing... ;0

There are more than 10 pages of it...incredible. But like some of you said, there is no (big) difference between that site and this site. They might be a bit more crazy than we are, but laughing at them, like someone said already, is like laughing at ourselves.

Also would someone maybe explain what 4chan is?

But after reading up on both, it is better classified as irony.
 
This is simply pathetic. There are kids in my street, like little, 7 year olds, going around gushing over this *word I shouldn't use*! They're even crazier than the teenagers!

This MLIT website, is an amazing example of something you should feel happy about hitting the little red X in the top right corner of your moniter.

Simply pathetic.

No, it's just due to its undeserved popularity everybody is making a tun of rip-offs with other crappy vampire shows and movies, such as "The Vampire Diaries"(show) and "The Vampire's Assistant"(movie, and though it was originally a book I'm sure Twilight influenced the decision of making it into a movie.)
