It's possible that he's a wolf. Lenny was the one to die, and Fridge did seem constantly against Lenny..

Fridge has been acting weird towards Lenny from what I have been reading, so finally killing him is a logical thing for Fridge.

it have a light that cannot be turned off therefore cannot be killed during the Night time.
