Yes it is...Although you could join a replacement list, where you may be able to replace someone who is inactive.

I'm going to impose a new limit to the day. This has taken too long. The clear majority gets lynched when time runs out. If no other majority is present within 24 hours, I'll go ahead and lynch Shade.

My bad, I almost didn't see Brandon's vote. He hardly voted, that is true, but I saw no other reason to bold his vote. Which again, I remind everyone to VOTE PROPERLY.
