It's always the quiet ones. Always.
Honestly I am not too surprised at the way the game played out, but I had to sit on the sidelines the whole time, which was both funny and aggravating. I die Night 1 and my immensely powerful role is basically suspended. I don't know what Chillarmy was doing in my stead (I didn't have a clue that he was my subordinate), but he survived until the end so he must have been doing SOMETHING right.
Then Hatman had to pick between Guy and I, and naturally the choice is to revive the captain. He obviously didn't know that dmaster was looking for me, so it's a fair bet that at that point I was doomed to die anyway. Of course, I knew the slimes were going to come after me anyway, so yeah.
Being approached by future me (aka dmaster) was actually pretty interesting. (Dmaster being future me also has a lot of funny implications behind it.) So yeah, I had to make the most of my time left alive.
All in all, the odds were stacked against me this whole time. I knew I wouldn't survive the whole time and it would be a miracle if I did. Of course, not a lot of people can say that they died twice in the same game, either. And hey, I LOVED having the captain role. Makes me feel important.
As soon as shampoo-thief said 'welp we lost', then there was no doubt. Of course, that was at the very end of the game, so then what?
Shadow Arceus was by far this game's best player. Were it not for him this game would have been over much, much faster.
