So sure enough, if ohyeah1988 is telling the truth, King Piplup was the guy with the needle, and he sounds dangerous. I see no reason why we should not lynch him.

I need to get this out before I die (and if I survive Night 4, all the better as I can make changes).
I never got my list done about scum tells but what I can do is give you guys the info that I do have.
First:
Day 1 wagon (TheGuy): TDL, HypnoticLuxray, Bippa, Cinesra, dmaster, Puff, Teapot, Mokoko, oyeah, ShadowLugia, dns, Glace, Bisharp, Zyflair (note this count isn't entirely accurate due to voting inconsistencies day 1)
Day 2 wagon (Puff): PMJ, Bippa, Meaty, safariblade, ComfortEagle, Dark Void, doublenikesocks, Bisharp37, TheGuy, Zyflair, Eevee, Infinity, Chariblaze, oyeah1988, King Arceus, ShadowLugia
Day 3 wagon (Zyflair): ComfortEagle, Bippa, HypnoticLuxray, oyeah1988, sillykyle, TheGuy, doublenikesocks, Porygon-X, Teal, Eevee, Kecleon-X, Infinity, Glace
What is interesting to note is that DNA said the count for Zyflair was 10 at the time Teal posted and there were only nine voters at the time, so DNA either bombed the vote or we're dealing with vote weight shenanigans again. I counted twice and couldn't find a tenth voter.
Next, the incomplete tells list (this is hard to apply now since you guys ran through Day 3 like it was on fire). Note that this is just a list of hunches - use your own judgment here and don't let what I say be taken as law.
Infinity (likely town)
The comments he made about feeling alone makes me think that he's town. Being scum is pretty awesome, so if he had some teammates I doubt he'd make such comments and have such a bad attitude about things.
Glace (possibly scum)
He seems almost too helpful, like DNA was last game. The difference between him and me is that I've been cleaned and he hasn't, so everyone knows my scumhunting is genuine. So, Glace hasn't done anything scummy per se, I just think he's being waaaaaay too helpful for someone we don't know we can trust.
Mokoko -> sillykyle (no read, very slight possible town)
Mokoko only posted during day 1 and that was all he did before sillykyle replaced him. Unfortunately, all sillykyle has done so far is vote for Zyflair and make a comment about King Piplup, so I don't have any reads on his alignment. There's a slight possibility that he's town just because I feel that the scum team is always active and shouldn't get replaced (note that Blah was scum last game and I had to replace him, but that was towards the end and his replacement was quite active despite being vanilla at that point).
Riskbreakers (no read, possible scum)
Rarely posts and hasn't contributed a thing. Has a night role. Used the 'activity' argument last game as well.
Nengeni (leaning scum)
Has an ability that lets him see how many times people have used a night role. I have wracked my brain and cannot think of how the town could possibly make good use of this ability. It seems better used in tracking down people who use night actions a lot (finding protection/investigative roles, for example), and there's no way the town would want to publicly out that information because using a lot of night actions makes them a big target for scum.
Teal (probably town)
While Teal hasn't contributed much, he was implicated in the night zero note. The notes all came from scum so I believe it was just Zyflair screwing with us. Wouldn't make sense to implicate a scum buddy, so I think Teal is one of us.
ComfortEagle (confirmed town)
Confirmed as town through Cinesra's poker game. In a mason group along with dmaster and someone else. Is also conditionally deathproof, and I believe he is deathproof until

oyeah1988 (leaning town)
Thinks lynching ShadowLugia is a bad idea. Kinda noob, but seems genuinely interested in helping.
One Approved (no read)
Voted No Lynch on Day 1. That's all I got.
Bisharp37 (confirmed scum)
No matter how bad a player he is, he's scum for hating gen 3. And gen 1. And also gen 2 and gen 4. But seriously I have no reads on him. He's probably town based on how bad he's playing. I feel like the scum would get him in line otherwise.
Also just want to say that I felt Zyflair was scum but didn't feel ballsy enough to come out with it right away; good to see I have at least some percentage of correctness here!
TheGuy (confirmed indie)
Wins if he is in the last seven. Doubt he is a threat to the town. Mysteriously deathproof.
Bippa (slight town)
Flip-flopper. Claimed "that's how I role", which could very well be hinting at something. Has a night role.
ShadowLugia (no read)
Has a protection role.
safariblade (no read)
Claims lynching him would be a very bad idea. Bad idea for scum, maybe?? Seriously though I got nothing.
Eevee (leaning scum)
Rarely posts but isn't getting replaced, which means he probably has a night role or is active in the scum forum. Both times he voted, it was to bandwagon.
HypnoticLuxray (no read)
Has a night role.
And that's it. It's all well and good if we lynch King Piplup, but can we at least talk about what our plan of action is? Now that we know the notes were pretty much bogus, we'll have no more leads once this day ends. I didn't really like that Day 3 ended so quickly because we didn't really talk, we just turbo-lynched Zyflair and that was it. Currently my strongest link for a lynch is Eevee; I don't like the way she's playing and even if she is aligned with the town, she should be policy lynched anyway.

I thought there is no harm in ending the day fast, but I didn't take into account that you might die anytime... It's just that the more we talk, the more the villains have to go by deciding their actions during the night. That's why I think that if we have a lead it might be a good idea just to "turbo lynch".
But sure, if you want to talk, let's talk about things.
I don't know about your other suspicions but I think the same way about Nengeni. I just don't see what the town does with that data. It's not like we are going to find wolves or indies with the help of it. It sounds like the new "DNA's-last-game-role" for this game's wolf team.
If Nengeni is a wolf, we can assume pretty safely that the people he targeted (Argetlam, Riskbreakers, HypnoticLuxray) are town.

Or is there some rule of Werewolf where you can't be too... um... input-ive (not-words are fun)? Pretty much impossible. If we take what Guy said after the first failed lynch at face value, then he has no abilities other than being a complete nub until later in the game. Piplup, on the other hand, is most likely our needle expert. Also, from what Piplup said, he apparently did NOT shoot tranquilizer into PMJ (Night 2) and TDL (Night 3), he shot something which makes them explode (...or something of that nature)

I'm not sure who to lynch. Due to what KP said I'm scared to lynch him. He likely could be lying because he's a wolf and doesn't want to get lynched. Hmm.
