Normally, I would agree with you...but this is Day 1. There are quite a few players in this game (more than the usual 32 again). And there are probably only around five (?) or so Wolves and some Independents. There's nothing wrong with gathering information on a day which is basically worthless IMO.

Wasting time? What? We have an entire week. If we don't reach a majority, It's automatically No Lynch. Way I see it, voting No Lynch in this game is pointless. In other games, it's just a strategy that I'm not in favor of. But in this case, if we want No Lynch, we just wait for the time to run out, and use the time we have to discuss. Now, I have to things I would like to address.
First off, is anyone familiar with the show? I think they should come forward so we can try to make sense of what DV has said.
Secondly, the people I have quoted above. These guys jumped on No Lynch without a second thought. It even seemed to me like they were just playing off each other. Sure, there were other mindless No Lynch Bandwagoners, but these guys had very little substance or personality, and all came very close together. I don't think I like that.

From what I've heard of this game, rushing to night is generally a 'wolfy' thing to do, as they want to get there nightly kill. We have several more days which we can use. I don't see why several people are bandwagoning the no lynch vote.

Because there's nothing to go off of. It's like the harry potter scene where he says
"We need to find something in the Castle, but I don't know what is is. or where it is. I realize it's little to go on-"
"No Harry, that's NOTHING to go on."

I was at Cities all day, so I couldn't post. (But I took 2nd!

Anyway, as Kecleon said, we can put Roari on the confirmed townie list for now, I think. However, there is a possibility that alex is a wolf, and got replaced to take one for the team and get a wolf a confirmed townie status.
I don't think we should jump to no lynching quickly. Although a rare occurrence, we would be taking away opportunities for wolves to slip up. There's isn't really a point to too hurry up the game, why rush?

Well, unfortunately I have no big interest in aiding this town. I am an indie and I do my own stuff. I do not pose a threat to the town, and I also do not pose a threat to the wolves. I do not have the ability to kill or harm anyone in any way. When I hopefully get around to fulfill my win condition I am removed from the game and the game continues as normal.
Basically I get to choose people I would not like to die but all I can do is protect them verbally during the day, not with any protection abilities. It's pretty lame gameplay wise as I like speculating, but I thought I had better say this now so:
1) The wolves don't kill me as they gain nothing as I don't even help the town [verbally] as much as last game.
2) The town doesn't kill me because they find me suspicious for acting differently than last game.
So yeah. Sorry. Can't do anything about my role. If you doubt me for this being a smart wolf cover or something you can seer me etc. Whatever. Sigh.
Now I just hope that you don't take this in any wrong way and we all will be good. Yay!

Roari is not confirmed town just because of the circumstances of his inclusion. He might also be indie, and you'd all do well to remember that.
Also, it may be too late for me to take back my role claim, but I was thinking about it earlier and claiming when you have no reason to is kinda dumb. All it does is give you a huge tell so if there's ever a game where you don't do it, one could easily assume you have something to hide since why else wouldn't you come clean? After all, you did it in that one game etc etc etc
So I'm not gonna do it next game lol
