RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

I'm somewhat suspicious of the people that reveal small roles early in the game... That's right PMJ- I'm watching you.

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

Glad to finally be in a werewolf game after so long. I don't know about you guys, but this whole "claiming" thing, especially really early, not only kills the fun and point of the game if you're telling the truth, but is also very suspicious. I was pretty set on voting RaichuGirl before the whole reset but now it's all void.

PMJ claiming tracker is a bit odd, considering it's an incredibly good role for the town so the wolves will be all on him. Or he's bluffing. Or he's a wolf tracker. Maybe it's a shout out to the priest/medic to so he will save him overnight. I don't know. Day 1 shot in the dark as usual.

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

I claimed tracker because:

1. I got it last game too (the odds of the same player getting the same role when most of the roles are randomized is pretty low, unless sheninja is an even worse host than I thought and just handed it to me because it's a cool role.

2. I am already sick of the way sheninja is hosting. I like playing ww so I'm not gonna just rage quit. If I really wanted to ruin this game I'd just go check sheninja's PMs and then out all the roles. I'd rather just throw my role out there and let the town either a) waste their time lynching me when they find out I'm telling the truth or b) get nightkilled. I don't really care which happens; there are (may be) more important town roles than tracker.

And, to clarify, the role PM I got was for Tracker, not Mafia Tracker. The first PM had the entire role PM; the second just had the word Tracker. Both were bold, italic, and green, the same as in the first post.

There is no watcher in this game so you must be lying. lynch lynch lynch lynch!!!

Seriously though who cares. If I really wanted the town to lynch me, I would claim vanilla mafia or something. PB players, remember in WW15 where I also revealed day one and was telling the truth?

The best part about claiming is that I know no one will counterclaim me since doing so would result in their death. Even if I get lynched, once town sees I was telling the truth, my cc is boned.

Also I totally called RaichuGirl for scum. She should be lynched again just for lulz and it's day one and there is nothing else to go on.

I see what did there. You seem to be telling the truth for now, I think you're clean.

Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

I swear next person to claim gets my policy lynch (unless they already have votes on them).

@RG I knew you were scum. Take this as a lesson guys my tactics may seem weird but they work.

Also @PMJ what the heck. What you did was unacceptable!!! If you don't want to play then request a replacement. You deserve a game ban...

Wrong you jumped on the RG wagon.

Triple post FTW!

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

OMG lets all lynch RaichuGirl, she's won way too many games
haha jk

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

Aw darn. I was a doctor last game. :'(

@PMJ's claim, this was not a good idea. With 2 scum teems, it's possible for them to kill each other, so them getting a guaranteed town to kill is bad. Also, your claim in WWXIV was fine, because your role sucked, but Tracker is pretty helpful. I'll probably be voting for you, because even if you are Town, it makes it more likely that the scum will hit each other (this last sentence doesn't seem worded quite right, but I think you get what I mean).

@Raichu, not like I could prove it, but I was pretty sure you were scum before the reset.

Ya know, there's a very, very, very easy way to avoid triple posting. JUST PUT EVERYTHING IN ONE POST! OMG, double/triple posting should never have even been a problem.

Care to post your thoughts on the game, and let us know who you think is scummy or what we should be doing today?

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

Well it's day one. The only way we can find if people are funny is if they reveal. Should we drag the day out and try to catch people?

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

Also what exactly was the point of the role reset?

Why would you doubt PMJ's claim if there's nothing contradicting it? Same goes for any claim, really.

Because King Arceus knew someone else's role he wasn't supposed to, because of reasons I don't feel like looking back 2 pages for.

Uh... because he could lying to gain everyone's trust...

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

The role reset happened because of a bug with the BCC option in the PMs.

This argument sucks because it's total WIFOM.

Special thanks to TheGuy for signing up as a replacement! :)

How is it WIFOM? Scum always lie, generally to gain the trust of there enemies. It has nothing to do with PMJ specifically, it's used by scum in general.

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

I feel that it's always easier for scum to "prove" they're town than actual townspeople.

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

All right guys. Let's do this.

I am an indie YET AGAIN. I am the unlyncher. If Glace is lynched I automatically lose. So, if we could let Glace not die by lynch, that would be great, thanks.

I don't believe that was a smart move. Town is not going to stop from lynching Glace (in case he is a suspect) because of you.

Anyway, IDK about PMJ. It was a dumb move to claim tracker. He's probably dying tonight.

I believe that the 2 are very suspicious. Sir Taco could have been paired with Glace as wolves so he is trying to make him (probably a wolf PR such as tracker) (I'm not saying it is real just that it might be). PMJ claimed tracker D1, bad move but I believe that it is true.

I don't find anyone scummy though.

RE: Werewolf XVII II: The Greatest Idea (Day 1) (D/L 6/21)

I never said I didn't want to play. I actually said the opposite, which is why I'm still playing instead of being subbed out. Werewolf is all about lies and deceit so even though I'm telling the truth, it's possible that I'm really a huge liar and just making a huge bet that no one drew tracker in either game.

:)
