Though I think Celever is being a bit irrational this time 'round. :p

You tell me. :v

Don't unvote. Yeowie had his chance to prove himself town and failed in Olympic proportions. And we have plenty of leads for tomorrow while tonight's actions might make them even stronger, so this was a good day.

Day 2 Vote Count

This vote count is valid from Post #912 to #981.

Names are in order of when they were first voted. The number after is the current vote total they have. The voters names are in the brackets and the post they made that vote in is in parenthesis. If the voter is struck out, it means they unvoted that player. The player whose name is underlined is the one with the most votes and is currently up for lynch.

Jabberwock: 0 [Camoclone (635), Celever (636), Squirtle Squad (642), Camoclone (891)]
Celever: 0 [scattered mind (637)]
Yeowie: 9 [Celever (647), scattered mind (650), Luispipe8 (675), TheFlyingPidove (688), Jabberwock (701), simsands (706), Chaos Jackal (707), Camoclone (710), simsands (826), Celever (885), simsands (973), Squirtle Squad (974), double o squirtle (977)]
TheFlyingPidove: 2 [bbninjas (654), scattered mind (655), Keeper of Night (683), bbninjas (872)]
bbninjas: 0 [GM Draclord (765)]
Squirtle Squad: 0 [Camoclone (799), simsands (800), Celever (805), bbninjas (811), Athena (813)]
mordacazir : 1 [Squirtle Squad (896), simsands (901), Camoclone (898)]

No vote: 8 [SilverSilent, Vom, Keeper of Night, Cypher333, GM Draclord, Yeowie, Athena, mordacazir]

There are 19 living players, so it would take 10 total votes for a majority lynch.

You must unvote the player your vote is currently placed on first in order for your future votes to be counted.

Remember that votes that do not follow the format will not be counted!

All players must PM me a coordinate to move into the Mystery Dungeon! Check back the OP for the Mystery Dungeon guidelines. Results will be processed at the end of the Day. Dark Tiles are now present in the Mystery Dungeon! The coordinates they are on can no longer be chosen.

For those with Abilities and Items that have Day Phase in the Usage and fits other required criteria, please prepare to submit your actions!

If I've missed sending a PM to those who should have received one from the previous Phase, please PM me for confirmation.

There is less than 24 hours left in the Day! Check on your activity and post requirements, and send the necessary PMs for Abilities and/or Mystery Dungeon. According to the rules, if you don't send a coordinate choice for the Mystery Dungeon by the end of the Day, you will remain on the Tile that you are currently at.

Day 2 will end on Friday, December 11th, 2:00 PM GMT.

I honestly find Morda probably more a new indie than town. Why this is because compared to scum or town, you do somewhat have ways to learn how to play both roles. Scum has chat while town has conversational lynching and trickery. Indie on the other hand is neither town nor Mafia/scum so they don't have much to go off of on how to play and is not a role suited for new players usually, especially if you don't understand the underlying mechanics of Mafia/Werewolf. Even so, the probability of Morda's lych being scum in my opinion is low as of right now until I see something that proves he is scum.

As forYeowie, I am not voting at this point. As GM hammered him I see no reason to vote. I was hoping we would have an extra day of discussion but I suppose not.

GAME FREEZE!

No players may post in the thread!

Unfortunately, I'm still at work and won't be home in 11-12 hours, so the update and results won't be posted till then. In the meantime, players can still send PMs for Abilities that have Day Phase usage and coordinates for Mystery Dungeon, if you haven't yet.

No vote: 7 [SilverSilent, Vom, Keeper of Night, Cypher333, Yeowie, Athena, mordacazir]

Another round of discussion began, though it seemed like there were lesser individuals participating this time, as the number of those who stayed quietly in the shadows seemingly increased. Several names were brought up for suspicion, surprisingly even more than the previous Day. Then Yeowie suddenly piped up, declaring that he overheard some gossip the previous Day and Night, and had compiled them neatly and was willing to share what he learned with everyone. But once he did, everyone decided his results were suspicious and pursued him about it. Since he didn't put up much of a fightback to the assault, the majority decided he was the most appealing choice near the end of the Day.

Then they called on Palkia to perform his task. The space god enveloped Yeowie in a bubble, which then lifted up toward the sky so that everyone could see the revelation of his true identity.

Ursaring
Alignment: Town

You are Ursaring, a citizen of Treasure Town, always hanging out in town with your friend Teddiursa… who chose to evolve after the restoration of Luminous Spring and made it hard to tell the two of you apart. Wait… are you the original Ursaring or the Ursaring-evolved-from-Teddiursa? Well, whoever you actually are, the two of you fill the same niche of being Treasure Town citizens who readily have a comment about the latest news or rumors.

Special Ability: Town Gossip
Usage: Day Phase or Night Phase; Night 0; Only thrice of each Phase for the entire game
You may PM me to use this ability. You will be informed at the end of the Phase which players used their Special Ability in the Phase that you use this ability. However, you will not be told the description or targets (if there are any) of those Special Abilities.

Passive Ability: Pickup
It seems you are often lucky finding extra Items to use. At the end of the Day Phase, you have a 50% chance of obtaining a duplicate of an Item obtained from the Mystery Dungeon by a player aside from you. You will not be told which player you got the same Item from. This Ability will take effect even if you already obtained an Item from moving into an Item Tile during the Day.

Win Condition: Eliminate all non-Town aligned players

Rtzjqds.png
Palkia: THAT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE... BUT THE SITUATION IS NOT DIRE YET. I URGE YOU TO BE MORE CAREFUL AND THINK DEEPLY UPON YOUR CHOICES FOR THE NEXT TIME.

Disappointed, the players turned to the results of the Mystery Dungeon, hoping that there would be good fortune to be had.

ZAP52ku.png

Camoclone (4) and Jabberwock (9) couldn't decide on a new Tile so they both remained at A1, and lucky for them an Item appeared today, though it was Camoclone (4) who got it.

Squirtle Squad (12) came to a decision and moved to A3, and was rewarded with an Item.

bbninjas (15) decided to stay on B2. SilverSilent (1), having taken over for Ice Espeon, couldn't decide on a new Tile and so remained also, but unfortunately, it was him who got hit with the newly-spawned Trap there:

Spin Trap
If the player will use any Ability or Item for the upcoming Night Phase that requires picking a target, the choice will be randomized.

GM Draclord (17) decided to try his luck on B4 but still nothing happened.

Luispipe8 (13) picked up an Item on B5.

simsands (14) decided to stay on his Tile C1 when an Item suddenly appeared for him to take.

Chaos Jackal (21) also decided to stay on his Tile C3 but he was not as lucky; nothing happened.

Keeper of Night (5) ventured over to C5 but nothing happened.

Vom (2) couldn't decide on a new Tile and so was relegated to stay on D1. It looks like it paid off because he got an Item. Or maybe he planned it.

TheFlyingPidove (10) went to D3 but nothing happened.

Cypher333 (16) opted to go to D4 and found an Item.

Celever (3) wanted to get in on the new trend of lucky streaks and found an Item on E3 too.

Athena's (19) relatively quiet Dungeon trek continued as nothing happened on E4.

double o squirtle (6), scattered mind (7) and mordacazir (20) got curious and tried to go to the very edge of the Dungeon on E5 but there was no escaping the Mystery Dungeon. At least nothing happened on the Tile.

With so many players obtaining Items, everyone's mood was considerably lifted and vowed to do better on the next Day's discussion.

However, just before they could leave, some strange things happened:

The sunlight still shining down on Squirtle Squad followed him even when he approached Camoclone. It seems no one else was willing to be under the spotlight like him since no one approached Squirtle Squad in turn. But after that, the light slowly disintegrated and Squirtle Squad was finally able to move without notice again.

Focusing their attention in a different area, they saw that someone fell asleep and began having a Nightmare!

Day 2 has ended! Results from Abilities and the Mystery Dungeon shall be sent through PM shortly.

Night 2

WgR9HQi.png

With so many things that happened during the Day, nobody had the energy to stay awake, despite wanting to discuss more on the new information that had sprung up, such as Yeowie's innocence and identity and the reveal that they could be placed under a frightening Nightmare. It wasn't long before everyone was asleep. Of course, the evil Pokemon were the exception once again.

The moon disappears behind a bunch of clouds, and a quiet, foreboding darkness looms over the town once more...

Night 2 has begun!

For those with Abilities and Items that have Night Phase in the Usage and fits other required criteria
, please submit your actions!

No players may post in the thread during the Night. Those who have QTs are free to post there, however.

Night 2 will last until Monday, December 14th, 2:00 PM GMT.

Sunrise 2

m3Y1Iho.png

The smallest sliver of sunlight barely pierced the horizon before everyone was jolted awake by a loud noise.

WEE-OOO! WE-OOOO!

With their grogginess, it took a minute or so before they could realize that the sound was the sirens used by the local Police force. They all scampered out of their beds, morning wash rituals and breakfast halted in the perceived emergency.

GAeTy7u.png
Chatot: Oh, it's Officers Magnemite!

The pair of magnet Pokemon approached the Guild members.

Cwksmtw.png
Magnemite: BEEP! WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE EARLY MORNING DISTURBANCE! BUT WE THOUGHT THE MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE OF OUR HEAD OFFICER, ESPECIALLY IN OUR CURRENT SITUATION, WAS A CAUSE OF CONCERN. WE WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THE ASSISTANCE OF EVERYONE IN TOWN FOR OUR SEARCH. BEEP!

Suddenly, a loud voice boomed from the heavens.

"THERE IS NO NEED FOR A SEARCH TO BE DONE."

A familiar form began materializing in the sky above them. Palkia had an orb in one of his hands, which he lowered so that everyone gathered could clearly see.

Palkia: Athena WAS KILLED DURING THE NIGHT. HER TRUE IDENTITY IS...

Magnezone
Alignment: Town

You are Officer Magnezone, the head of the Police force. With your Magnemite squads in tow, you are responsible for keeping peace in the region. You also receive the cooperation of explorer teams by putting up bounties for the arrest of outlaws. Of course, you yourself will also assist in catching these Pokemon who are trying to destroy Treasure Town, but given that in Dungeons you’re level 16, you might not always be making the right arrests.

Special Ability: You’re Under Arrest!
Usage: Night Phase; every Night; cannot use on Night 1; Only once for the entire game
If there is someone you think is suspicious, you’ll arrest them! You may PM me the name of a player. You will publicly arrest that player at the start of the Day, revealing their true identity and having their full role PM posted in public. If that player is not aligned with Town, you will have them be permanently taken away from the game for public safety reasons. However, if that player turns out to be a Town member, you’ll feel guilty and jail yourself out of the game permanently in their stead.

Passive Ability: Magnet Pull
If you land on the same Dungeon Tile as another player, when that player attempts to use Ability or Item that choose target/s during the upcoming Night Phase, their choice will be redirected to you. If there is more than one player, it will be chosen at random.

Win Condition: Eliminate all non-Town aligned players

f5lMBEi.png
Magnemite: BEEEEEEEEEEEP! WHIIIR! BEEEP! OH, OH! HEAD OFFICER!!! THIS! IS! ERROR!

Frightful whispers rose up from the crowd. It had to be the doing of the evil Pokemon. But if they were able to kill the notso mighty Head Officer in secret, that means the danger they were in was higher, and that made them even more vulnerable.

Rtzjqds.png
Palkia: THE URGENCY OF YOUR SUCCESS IS SLOWLY BECOMING MORE APPARENT. MISTAKES NOW MIGHT NOT HAVE IMMEDIATE CONSEQUENCES BUT YOU WILL CERTAINLY FEEL THEIR IMPACT IN A FUTURE TIME. CHOOSE CAREFULLY.

Night 2 has ended! Results from Abilities and Items shall be sent through PM shortly.

DO NOT POST IN THE THREAD YET!

Day 3

KCK0Idz.png

Today, everyone was understandably more apprehensive and terrified than before; after all, a Police officer just got killed. And not just any Officer, but the Head Officer himself. Their sense of safety and security had diminished tenfold, and even Wigglytuff's attempt to lift everyone's spirits was short-lived, as the fear and realization of the danger to their lives was slowly sinking in. The sight of Officer Magnezone's limp form, with his flashing lights snuffed out like a flame that had been doused, was a dark cloud hanging over their minds, and served to remind them of their own vulnerability, which is logically worse than his was.

The Mystery Dungeon appeared once they all settled down somewhat. They immediately saw that a couple more of those dark holes had appeared. Still, they had to move on and trek through the dangerous terrain.

Day 3 has begun!

Players may now post in the thread and vote to lynch a player. There are 17 living players, so it would take 9 total votes for a majority lynch.

Make sure to follow the voting format stated in the first post! Votes that do not follow the format will not be counted. If you think your vote was done properly but still wasn't counted, please inform me so that I can make necessary corrections.

Day 3 will end on Saturday, December 19th, 2:00 PM GMT

That is no reasoning?
Yeah, that's how Camo tends to play.

##VOTE: Camoclone
Happenings last night with my item make me believe you are scum. Waiting for host confirmation on something.

Also, for whoever tried to redirect me:
Reinforce said:
Unaware: Someone attempted to change your original choice of [redacted] on Item usage, but it failed.
Nice try, and I guess thanks for making my claim more believable! Shoddy play if you're scum like most redirectors are, though I suspect it might be a townie this time around n~n
