What are some good -60hp Cards?

Maybe you could have 4 Smeargle as a Starter and then run 3 Unown Q to retreat it into Sableye? Other decks would almost definitely run Collector, so that could work for Portrait.
 
Smeargle has 70 HP. And I do like the idea for a donk deck. Maybe try Shuppet donk?

Well, Shuppet needs Uxie to work well. That said, you could use 4 Unown R for draw...

The OP said his league is hosting one. You can try asking your League Leader to host one.:)
 
We go to the same League so i know him in real life and i never heard of this tournment. I hope dear old rush isnt lieing lol. Hey you know what would be good at this tournment snow point temple well it would help your oppoent also though...
 
Gah, my bad on Smeargle. Well, you could always run something with free retreat to try and start off with (can't think of something off the top of my head) to avoid mulligans and maybe not have to go first. Snowpoint Temple, not a great idea for Sableye...
 
i'm thinking shuppet donk or hitmontop donk. shuppet has great stuff and is below sixty, hitmontop is at it and can do 60 two different ways, although one's flippy and the other risky.
 
It's a little bit harder to pull off a Shuppet donk without Uxie, but Shuppet donk is great anyway. Unless you go second. ;)
 
^What have the last few people been saying? Shuppet is okay, but Sableye would work a lot better.

run shuppet with sableye you have 60 cards so make the most of'em or you can just run a mini sabalock (useing chatot G 4 disruption)
