what are the most expensive ex cards??

I would say kingdra ex is not really worth that much. Definitely not compared to the other ex cards in that set (I assume you mean DF and not dragon).
 
oh sorry i forgot, it's kindra ex d (DF)

i was hoping that it would be quite expensive... but i guess it's not
well at least i got myself an EX hehe :)
