What can you cook?

I can cook:

Quesadillas and Tacos of beans or beef (My Mexican Culinary abilities OWN U! XD)

Omelettes

Pancakes

Entomatadas (Im not sure how they are called in english.Basically, they are Quesadillas covered in Tomato Sauce. The sauce is prepared with Natural Tomatoes,Tomato Sauce, those little cubes of Tomato and...Thats all XD.But I put a secret spice in it,and that's what makes these delicious!)

Sandwiches (LOL)

Spaghetti! :D

And Soup (Not that average soup in wich you only need water to eat it)

And I wish I could cook more Italian Food (Wich is my favorite type of food),especially Pizza! :p

Other than the simple things like breakfast foods, sandwiches, etc, my father and I can cook a pretty mean pizza. Every so often on a Saturday, my family has friends and relatives over for a "Pizza cook-off". Each family makes a couple of pizzas, and then we share them among the guests and family. It's the night I look forward to most almost each month.

Also, I love to cook pasta. I'm all for cooking any kind of Italian food. Name just about any kind of pasta, and I can make it. Chicken alfredo, shrimp linguini, spaghetti & marinara, Kraft Mac n' Cheese, you name it.

Another thing- SOUPS. I share my mother's love for homemade soups & bisques. I've always helped her out around the kitchen when I was younger, and when I was about twelve she actually taught me many of the recipes and now I'm a natural when it comes to any soup, bisque, or even chowder xP

Calzones, crepes, pizza (actual homemade pizza, not frozen store bought), and brownies. That's all I know how to make.

I can cook pasta and Spaghetti.I can also cook Hamburgers.Oh,and Pancakes.

Does Prawn cocktail count? That's my best dish!

Also, I make a lot of new recipes and dishes too ... the only problem is ... nobody can eat them and digest them.

I love cooking dessert, but I'm not to good at cooking complicated desserts.
I cook mainly small cakes, brownies, cookies, pancakes, cupcakes, muffins, I really want to cook my mums Pavlova with fresh fruit on top.
Also I'm Aussie so I know my way around the BBQ.

I enjoy cooking, but I don't have much I can cook, but here goes
Mac&Cheese XD
Any kind of pasta, with any kind of sauce, alfredo, whatever
Garlic bread
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Snickerdoodles

fishsticks
chicken nuggets
french fries
anything frozen with oven/microwave heat and time instructions
pasta (no sauce, I'm too cool for that)
just about anything else easy like a sandwich

Anything microwavable. :p

I can cook-

eggs
pasta
bacon
sausage
noodles
..

and that is about it.

Soup
Eggs
Toast
Noodles

During the summer I wanted to make my Grandpa some eggs and I ended up making egg soup. Does that count as something I can cook? LOL

I can make:
Soup (sometimes)
Macaroni (if I have instructions)
Anything microwavable
Fish Sticks

Yup, I'm talented. :p

@PikachewTofu – You're pretty talented! I believe if you possess the knowledge to utilize an oven or a stove, you have obtained some ranking of cooking status. :D

I am definitely not a culinary virtuoso. I can only cook should I be provided with a recipe and precise instructions on how to fashion the dish. The only thing I can make from memory is – believe it or not, Hollandaise sauce. It is considered to be a fickle garnish, because the ingredients need to be intently observed. Otherwise, one of two dire outcomes could occur:
  • The temperature is too high, thus cooking the egg yolks and creating a very explosive heart attack version of scrambled eggs; or
  • The consistency is neglected because of human error (i.e. failing to stir properly or failing to balance the ratio of ingredients), thus the butter, lemon and egg yolks separate into a liquid mess.

Why did I learn such a pretentious recipe? That was my sworn assignment whenever our family would have eggs benedict – in my opinion, the best breakfast in the universe.

Speaking of, I have a special affinity to eggs – I consider myself a master chef with these delicate oval treasures. There are a myriad of ways to cook them: scrambled, omelette, fried, sunny side up, easy over, poached, poached-fried, deviled...They are the epitome of diversity; you can create many dishes from eggs. And mayonnaise – you can't forget about that.

I have addictions to particular ways to cook and/or eat eggs for breakfast. Recently, I will toast a halved bagel and spread cream cheese on it. Afterwards, I poach-fry two eggs. In this way, the cooked whites can cover the vast field of bagel. I leave the yolk soft; if they happen to break (because I smash the shell too hard...) I watch it until it's medium-soft. The best eggs are the farm fresh variety, or any relative of the “Omega-3” or “Free Range” family.

Otherwise, I enjoy a delectable bowl of macaroni and cheese. I don't like to add milk, though. I like to add lots of butter or margarine to make the noodle and cheese concoction 'dry' – I find this elicits the cheese flavour better.

Wow. I'm actually discussing the intricacies of macaroni and cheese...

.... Does Cooking Mama count?
