I love to watch cartoon but as i think the Cartoon characters has no longer are produced. What cartoon character really needs to be revived & get new episodes for viewer?

Ok, I grew up watching cartoon network when they showed all the great shows, including nickelodeon as well. And cartoons that just kinda 'die' should stay that way.

Old Loony Toons - Amazing
New Loony Toons - Horrible

Old 80's Godzilla - amazing
2000's Godzilla - Horrible, but it was also based on that horrible american movie

Old Ren & Stimpy - Great
New Ren & Stimpy (Spike TV) - was ok, just didn't live up to the originals.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty more to be named. I think the only 2 cartoons that I can name that have actually done good since being revived were Family Guy and Futurama. Otherwise the rest don't live up to the originals. I would be furious if they tried to bring back some of my favorites from the past as I was with Loony Toons

Remakes never are as good as the new ones. Hollywood seems to be trying to revive oldies, but IMO, they should make new their own new stuff.

If they used the same writers than if they come up with new material, then the outcome will be the same, not funny, cliche pieces of wet papers that you try to fish out of the sink. Just with more recognisable figures. Making a new character brought back from the ashes is a sure fire way of stealing everyone's money for half the effort; using past cartoons icons, bringing them back to the buig screen and see the profits sky rocket because it used to be good.

Watch the Smurfs and Yogi Bear movies and you will soon see it is they are the worst CGI films ever made. Well, all movies and series really. Tron was a medioka film, Rise of the apes was below average and Pirates 4 (if it can be called a classic) I fell asleep to in the middle of the day.
Hollywood is slowly ruining everything good for the premise of money.

But yeah, Cow and Chicken re-animated would be awesome.

None. Remakes of old cartoons are usually horrible. I think they just need to air reruns eternally if we're talking about old cartoons, and I mean stuff like Looney Tunes. They tried bringing back Looney Tunes and they ended up putting them in space and changing their names. Uhh, what? I think it lasted one episode.

Yeah especially what Michael Bay did to the 80's Childhood Classic Transformers series. Granted I didn't grow up on Transformers as I grew more with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers since I felt they were more awesome than robots in disguise well the Megazord and the Technodrome from TMNT is an exception it was epically awesome. ;)

I will garauntee you that the upcoming live-action Captain Planet movie is going to suck hard because ya know it's Hollywood and they only care about making money instead of giving the fans what they want. At least they didn't screw up Captain America (2011) and Batman (The Dark Knight) especially with Heath Ledger's Oscar winning performance as the Joker (still have to go with Jack Nicholson though).

As for bringing back Thundercats, I thought it was a good move. I've seen both the Original series on Toonami back in the early 2000's and the 2011 version and they are both really good. The big thing I like with the new Thundercats is the detail in the character designs and I'm glad that the storyline was as good as the character designs of the series but unfortunately it's a little less anti-climatic compared to the old series where the cats are trying to escape from their exploding planet Thundara where they move to Third Earth.

The New Looney Tunes is actually a pretty funny show. I know it's getting some negativity thrown towards it but I like it. Daffy has not been getting the short end of the stick that much and Bugs is getting hurt here and there. That's what I always wanted when I was a kid.

As for bring back some other cartoons I would love to see Ducktales or Darkwing Duck again. I'm not sure if Disney has brought back any of their old cartoons yet so I wonder how it'll be.

The old Loony Tunes

Dexter's Labratory

NOT Ed Ed and Eddy

Cow and Chicken

Courage the Cowardly Dog (They still show it but rarely)

Mmm, I would definitely agree with bring back Darkwing Duck. Especially since the last episode was left on a cliffhanger!

Dexter's Laboratory was also amazing. They still use his character in a lot of games and promotional material on Cartoon Network. I'm surprised they haven't brought it back.

Felix the cat. I used to love that show when I was 3-7, and I didn't watch any of the children's junk that is on T.V. nowadays.

You can count on the current 18-35 year old generations to bring back every cartoon they ever watched ever. Nostalgic yes, but the fruit doesn't seem ripe enough to pick just yet.

Now that I think about it, where is Captain Planet? Saving the Earth is really cool now.

Whilst I agree with most of your views, I found TRON Legacy to be very good - of of Disney's best non-animated works. But that may have been Daft Punk's legendary mixing. ;)

We need to possibly bring back:

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends
Ed, Edd, and Eddy
Codename: Kids Next Door
Courage the Cowardly Dog

Those four shows were my childhood. It would be awesome to see these come back with new episodes and better animiation. Foster's might have a small chance from Faust being in her prime again (MLP). Ed, Edd, and Eddy probably won't come back, as they probably ran dry of episode ideas, and Big Picture Movie pretty much summed the series up. Courage might have the same chance as that, however.

I really, badly want KND to come back. It might be hard considering the wrap-up live-action episode. Though they could make a whole new series about Sector V's kids finding the KND Book and becoming part of a new generation of KND. It could be called KND XG (next generation) or something like that.

^But that's just my opinion and childhood. TV can go ahead and make anything they want, but that was just my opinion.

cartoons..... so like anime right XD lol...... they took away Kirby an unforgivable act ):< lol and they should make more sonic series..... also the old Looney Tunes was funny I want it back >.>
