RE: What cool new Pokemon do you want to see in the 6th generation?
For a Water/Fire Pokemon, I've always had the idea of a storm cloud of some sort. With the warm, misty summer days that the Paris area is sometimes known for, a cloud or some sort of steam/mist Pokemon that uses moves like Scald and Heat Wave would work perfectly, in my opinion.
Or perhaps a Castform evolution; with an ability like Forecast(ability to be Ice, Water, and Fire types depending on the weather effect in play) but now, instead of simply giving it a new type and powering up Weather Ball, the weather would also give it better stats while a weather effect is active. I'd give the ability a powerful weather-themed name, such as Overcast, Stormcloud, or Super Cell(powerful storm with a lot of energy that produces thunderstorms and tornadoes).
It could be called Castorm(Castform and Storm)! And it could possibly evolve by leveling up and holding any one of the weather effect rocks(Heat rock, Damp rock, Icy rock, and Smooth rock).

Maybe even a lion with a ball and chain tail?
