What do you think is the most difficut deck to build

What deck is the most difficult to build and learn the stratedgy for that deck to be competitive in tournaments?

LBS, since it needs very rare cards such as Blastoise ex and Lugia ex. And it's REALLY hard to learn to play LBS.

LBS is not hard to learn how to play, i know exactly how to play it and i've only played it in 1 tournament in 3 rounds. though it is reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly hard to get the cards you need for it, since you need like 5-6 ex's and 1 *. but it's easy to counter so i don't really care about making it.
