What happened to Blazeray?

People finally realized that the deck is trashy compared to other SP's. It was never that great to begin with.

BlazeRay is prime example of that...there's absolutely no synergy between the two, and they don't even really combo well either, so it ends up becoming one of those decks, I guess, that just sounds good...even though I never liked the idea of the deck to begin with

Actually there is a lot of synergy. Lux covers blaze's weakness *stares at gyrarados* And they both have a method of switching a benched pokemon. Which helps you with a mewtwo matchup, even if you don't have an explicit mewtwo counter.

that's not really a lot of synergy...yea, they do both have a method of switching pokemon, but it's not that great...with Unown G, one of those methods is shut down...not to mention, InfLux did a much better job at switching pokemon...they don't really work off of each other, they don't power or setup each other's attacks...they just do two things in a "combo-like" fashion, which means no real synergy...and I'm using the term combo-like very loosely

sp burns out faster, if it cant do what it does quickly, it falls. flygon is very good at recovering. but is less likely to take a mean donk t2-3. Karma
